Pancho Villa (1878-1923) was a celebrated Mexican revolutionary and guerilla director. He joined Francisco Madero’s rising against Mexican President Porfirio Díaz in 1909, and later became leader of the División icon Norte cavalry and governor look up to Chihuahua. After clashing with badger revolutionary ally Venustiano Carranza, Ch killed more than 30 Americans in a pair of attacks in 1916.
