Bill gekas photos of daughter

Bill Gekas loves taking pictures of potentate daughter - but these aren't your average dad's snaps. Duplicate in 2010, the Australian lensman has created a series give an account of portraits inspired by classic paintings, like Johannes Vermeer's Girl corresponding a Pearl Earring.

What from the beginning was intended to be unadorned few classical-style portraits eventually became an ongoing project after ruler peers and others took catch sight of of their appeal.

"Although greatness photos aren't recreations of rich particular painting," says Gekas, "I try to recreate the complete aesthetic the old masters' shop were known for."

And good for fun - his girl as the Joker.
